AK Builds and Plumbing respects your privacy. This policy explains what information may be collected when you contact us through this website and how that information is used.

Information you provide

You may choose to provide your name, phone number, email address, postal code, property details, project description, timing, budget range, contact preference and project or inspiration photos.

How information is used

Information is used to understand your inquiry, confirm whether the location and scope are a fit, respond to you, prepare for a consultation and maintain necessary business records. It is not sold.

Current inquiry form

When this website is accessed through its published address, project inquiries and optional attachments are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to AK Builds and Plumbing by email. FormSubmit may retain submission data for a limited period to provide delivery and recovery features. When the website is opened directly as a local file, the planner instead prepares an email in your device’s email application and any selected photos must be attached manually.

Retention and protection

Inquiry information may be retained by AK for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide requested services, keep business records or meet legal requirements. FormSubmit states that submissions are retained for up to 30 days; uploaded files are not available through its submission archive. Reasonable care is used, but no internet or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask to review, correct or delete personal information held in connection with an inquiry, subject to legal and record-keeping requirements. You may also contact AK directly instead of using the project planner.
